Berry Virtual is looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospects and drive the top of the sales funnel. You will identify and qualify sales opportunities, playing a critical role in our growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Build lead lists using websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories.
- Research prospects to personalize outreach, focusing on company size, focus, and pain points.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria.
- Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or in-person closing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events.
- Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup.
- Your own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, Windows 10+ or Catalina 10.15+, up-to-date browsers and security software, and 500GB/128 SSD storage.
- A headset/earphone with noise cancellation and a webcam at 720p or higher resolution.
- A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
