Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative to focus on emerging markets as a full-time independent contractor. You will conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for our B2B clients in sectors like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle 80–120 calls per day while maintaining high professionalism and empathy.
- Use CRM systems to track outreach activity, update deal stages, and ensure data accuracy.
- Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and potential fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and optimize pipeline conversion.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and sales activity volume.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with high outbound call volume.
- Proven ability to use CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipelines and record activity.
- Strong written English and confident speaking on discovery calls.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own reliable laptop or computer with stable WiFi.
