Stellar Cyber is hiring a Sales Development Representative for the EMEA region. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new revenue opportunities within the assigned territory. You will work closely with the EMEA team to drive sales pipeline growth for our cybersecurity platform.
What You'll Do
- Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections.
- Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points.
- Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Startup mentality – adaptable, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English and German to effectively communicate with international clients.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience within cybersecurity.
- Experience with sales tools like Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Proficiency in any other European language.
- Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools.
