About the Role

Braze is adding a Sales Development Representative to our high-performing team in Australia. You will build and expand our presence within the Australian market by identifying potential net-new accounts and engaging with qualified accounts, converting them into meetings for our Account Executive team.

What You'll Do

  • Create new business opportunities to fuel growth in Australia through a mix of outbound and inbound leads.
  • Engage potential clients through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business.
  • Conduct a high volume of calls and other activities to book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date.
  • Share our value proposition and answer questions that arise in a timely manner.
  • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your core role and help the team improve processes, training, and technology use.

Team & Environment

You will join a small but elite team of representatives and report directly to the Manager, Sales Development.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $74,000 AUD base salary with on-target earnings of $94,000 AUD, plus equity.
  • Fully remote work.
