N2JSoft is hiring a Sales Development Representative (DACH) to spearhead cold acquisition and build our presence in the German-speaking market. This role is the critical interface between marketing and sales, focusing on lead generation and qualification.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule initial appointments for Account Executives who handle demos and closing.
- Spend approximately 90% of working time on phone prospecting, with a target of 60 calls per day.
- Attend trade shows and events to network with exhibitors.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
- Be creative and seek new ways to generate leads.

- Fluent in German (spoken and written).
- Proficient in English.
- Hunter mentality, creative, positive, and very dynamic personality.
- Imaginative and proposes new solutions to achieve goals.
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and convince potential customers.
- Very outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Eager to learn, develop continuously, and advance colleagues and the company.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, or Hubspot.
- Knowledge of other languages, particularly French.
Team & Environment

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: €37,000 - €50,000 per year.
