Huzzle was looking for a Sales Development Representative - Automotive/Car Parts

Huzzle's Client is hiring a Sales Development Representative to specialize in promoting automotive performance products and car parts. You'll be responsible for engaging customers, qualifying leads, and driving sales, collaborating closely with an internal sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to promote automotive performance products.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable parts or upgrade options.
  • Track and report performance against daily and weekly KPIs, including calls made, conversions, proposals sent, and revenue generated.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and update client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to streamline the quoting and invoicing process.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of car parts, performance upgrades, and tuning trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, specifically in outbound Sales Development Representative or Inside Sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills — confident, engaging, and personable on calls.
  • Comfortable working on structured sales KPIs and performance targets.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Shopify, and Aircall (or similar CRM and dialer tools).
  • Available to work in PST or EST time zones.
  • A driven, motivated, and outgoing personality, verified through a DISC assessment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge or passion for automotive performance parts or aftermarket tuning.
