Huzzle's Client is hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the tip of the spear for outbound sales at our high-growth AI SaaS company. You will connect with business leaders to book qualified product demos, smash quota, and build a long-term career with direct placement.
What You'll Do
- Connect with CEOs of SMBs (<30 employees) and Marketing/Sales leaders at mid-market firms (31-250 employees) using pre-researched warm and cold prospect lists.
- Book qualified product demos for Account Executives.
- Consistently exceed quota targets and unlock uncapped commission.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound sales or lead-gen experience in B2B SaaS (Senior) OR 1–2 years (Mid-Level).
- Proven track record of booking demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads.
- A hunter mentality: thrive on targets, competition, and overachievement.
- Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- Comfort working 100% remotely and aligning with US EST hours.
- Fast learner who can master new AI products and value propositions quickly.

You will join a growing team; headcount scales from 1 to 4 SDRs by Q4. There is a clear promotion path to Team Lead or Account Executive.
