Huzzle was looking for a Sales Development Representative & Account Manager

Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative & Account Manager to join a fast-scaling SalesTech and MarTech company. You will serve as the primary client contact, managing 4–5 accounts and overseeing project delivery to achieve measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing 4–5 accounts and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee 3–4 outbound campaign launches per project each month—crafting compelling outreach copy and templates.
  • Lead weekly client calls, share campaign updates, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and collaborate with researchers and SDRs to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Handle 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project per month, tracking KPIs and achieving 5+ appointments booked per project.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy—analyzing results, refining targeting, and brainstorming new ideas.
  • Maintain CRM records, generate weekly reports, and ensure accurate documentation across all projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
