Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative & Account Manager to join a fast-scaling SalesTech and MarTech company. You will serve as the primary client contact, managing 4–5 accounts and overseeing project delivery to achieve measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing 4–5 accounts and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Oversee 3–4 outbound campaign launches per project each month—crafting compelling outreach copy and templates.
- Lead weekly client calls, share campaign updates, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and collaborate with researchers and SDRs to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Handle 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project per month, tracking KPIs and achieving 5+ appointments booked per project.
- Contribute to campaign strategy—analyzing results, refining targeting, and brainstorming new ideas.
- Maintain CRM records, generate weekly reports, and ensure accurate documentation across all projects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
- 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities.
- Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
