Remotebase is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for the Account Executive. You will be a key part of our growth efforts at our innovative, fast-growing company.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive.
- Build a strong understanding of our business and ideal customer profile.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or related role (internships count!).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
- Eagerness to learn about our product, industry, and sales processes.
- Comfortable working US time zone hours (partially or fully overlapping).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for growth.
