Skyflow is hiring a Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Skyflow is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on our ecosystem partners and drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and nurture leads from our partner network to build a strong sales pipeline and expand our reach.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments in assigned territories (Chicago & San Francisco).
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events).
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging to drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights with sales, marketing, and product teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with partners to generate leads.
  • Experience in a sales or lead generation role within a B2B IT sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • The ability to evangelize Skyflow’s value proposition.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead tracking tools.
  • Experience working with customers and explaining Skyflow's offering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in healthcare, financial services, and technology products; a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
  • Comfortable making cold calls to prospective customers daily.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Outreach, Sales Navigator, Apollo (or any other lead data platform).
  • Experience using Outreach is a nice-to-have.
