RemotePass is looking for a Sales Development Representative to serve as the vital first point of contact for prospective clients. You will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and directly driving our revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets and build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to generate interest in our services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and crafting compelling messages to secure meetings.
- Schedule appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Operate against clearly defined activity, conversion, and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with prospects and build rapport.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for sales, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
