Leonardo.Ai is hiring a Sales Development Representative to redefine how creative teams discover and scale the power of generative AI. You'll introduce our platform to innovative companies across gaming, media, and advertising, unlocking new creative possibilities and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and campaigns targeting creative industries like gaming and advertising.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer pain points, ambitions, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Account Executives to share insights and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to craft relevant, timely outreach.
- Help design and refine our outbound engine by contributing to scalable playbooks and evolving sales development strategy.
- Manage pipeline actively in Hubspot using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Breeze, and Birdie.
- Represent Leonardo.Ai with curiosity, warmth, and professionalism in every prospect interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
- Comfort generating and managing large volumes of leads from cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or hustle.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in an unstructured environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS technology, sales cycles, and how creative teams work.
- Resourceful, proactive mindset comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build the playbook.
- Team-first drive and willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI or solutions targeting creative industries like gaming, marketing, or advertising.
- Ability to speak German or French.
