Remote Recruitment is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in connecting potential students and businesses with our international organization's online education and software development services.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities for both online education services and software development solutions.
- Conduct B2C outreach to prospective students interested in academic tutoring services.
- Conduct B2B outreach to businesses interested in web development, app development, or AI integration services.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork to identify and engage potential leads.
- Perform outreach through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and other prospecting tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and conversions within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processes.
- Continuously research new markets, industries, and potential customer segments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage outreach targets.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.
