About the Role

Hologram is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growth team for Rhythm. You will create pipeline by researching associations, crafting multichannel outreach, and sparking first conversations that become sales-qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Work a focused ICP list—segment prospects by persona, pain, and trigger events to maximize relevance.
  • Run multichannel cadences—email, phone, LinkedIn, personalized video—to create net-new meetings.
  • Position Rhythm’s value—tie platform capabilities to the real-world problems associations face.
  • Partner with the BDR Manager to refine tactics—review call recordings, practice objection-handling, and tweak sequences for higher reply and conversion rates.
  • Share wins and lessons with the team—post effective email templates, call snippets, objection responses, and data insights so everyone levels up together.
  • Qualify every conversation—confirm budget, authority, need, and timing; log clean notes in HubSpot.
  • Book and hand off intro calls to Account Executives, ensuring calendar hygiene and context.
  • Continuously refine data—flag ICP changes, bounce-back cleanup, and contact-role shifts to keep lists fresh.

What We're Looking For

  • Have 1-3 years in sales development or a metric-based customer role.
  • Write clear, concise outreach and speak confidently on video or phone.
  • Love researching organizations and finding creative 'hooks' that earn a response.
  • Thrive on goals, feedback, and a scoreboard—but never compromise empathy or ethics.
  • Bring a self-starter mentality and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a growing company.
  • Care about mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
  • Are based in the United States and comfortable working fully remote.

Team & Environment

You will partner with and report to the BDR Manager.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000
  • Remote work: Fully and permanently remote within the United States.
