brandbackde is hiring a Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound efforts. You'll be on the front lines, researching prospects, crafting messaging, and generating qualified pipeline for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales experience at a high-growth company or a self-motivated graduate wanting to break into tech sales.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research high-potential e-commerce and retail prospects
- Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
- Test messaging and outreach strategies to continuously improve outbound performance
- Track engagement and results in CRM and contribute to process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech company OR a recent graduate wanting to break into tech sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Energetic and comfortable with high-output environments
- Track record of achievement in work, academics, side projects, or competitive sports
