Huzzle's Client is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our elite network of remote sales professionals. You'll play a critical role in generating pipeline for high-growth companies by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintain high follow-up cadence.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRMs.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage 100+ calls per day and drive high-volume outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and adaptability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency environments is a strong plus.
