Huzzle is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound outreach. In this fully remote role, you will engage B2B prospects, generate new business opportunities, and book high-quality meetings for clients across multiple industries.
What You'll Do
- Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to prospects in various industries
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
- Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound cold calling
- A stable internet connection and professional home setup
- Comfortable making 100+ calls daily
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
- Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized
- Experience with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
