Huzzle is looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative to connect high-performing professionals with global companies. You will be responsible for high-volume outbound engagement, lead qualification, and driving the early sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Make 80–120+ outbound calls per day to engage potential leads across various industries.
- Research, identify, and qualify prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track outreach activities.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for account executives.
- Nurture early-stage leads and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Deliver consistent results and exceed monthly KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to make high-volume calls and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Based anywhere in South Africa, with stable internet and a professional remote setup.
