Huzzle's Client is looking for a Remote Business Development Representative to accelerate their career in tech sales. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and building prospect pipelines for fast-growing global companies, setting the stage for future growth into roles like Account Executive or Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and high volume cold calling.
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with target buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calling and other forms of outreach.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work UK or US time zones, depending on client needs.
Nice to Have
- SDR/BDR experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
