Huzzle is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing marketing company. This remote sales role requires a results-driven professional focused on outbound prospecting and generating high-quality leads.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target marketing and advertising companies.
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Research market trends and competitors within the digital marketing space.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to identify and engage decision-makers in marketing and advertising.
- Strong communication skills across calls, emails, and social channels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
