Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a remote role within a dynamic outbound sales environment. You will be responsible for high-volume cold calling, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to prospects across various industries
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to effectively engage leads
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies and tactics
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
- Continuously test and improve scripts, subject lines, and outreach cadences
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or dedicated cold calling
- A stable internet connection and a professional home office setup
- Comfort and consistency in making 100+ calls daily
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
- A results-driven, coachable, and highly organized work ethic
- Experience with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
