Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with deep experience in staffing and recruitment sales. This hybrid role uniquely blends outbound prospecting with the critical relationship-building of in-person client meetings. You will be responsible for generating new business, engaging key decision-makers, and driving opportunities through a combination of remote outreach and face-to-face interactions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within our target industries.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams.
- Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present tailored staffing and recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within our CRM systems.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets.
What We're Looking For
- Must be based in Miami.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation.
- Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to attend in-person client visits and meetings.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid/on-site role.
- Ability to manage both remote outreach and field-based sales activities.
