Southern Glazer’s is looking for a Sales Consultant to represent our portfolio in the market. You will visit customers to have consultative sales conversations and increase sales revenue. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
- Regularly pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer plan.
- Visit accounts regularly, capture notes, and build visit plans in CRM.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present them.
- Propose selling solutions using consultative selling skills.
- Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
- Manage customer issue resolution and seek additional opportunities to support growth.
- Adapt your selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles.
- Stay current with competitors and SGWS product positioning in all accounts.
- Document and maintain account-specific information in CRM.
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required.

- Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain auto liability insurance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Able to travel as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
