Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at targeted end-user locations to meet annual targets while sustaining connections with existing clients.
  • Oversee the sales cycle by collaborating effectively with internal teams and leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Apply a consultative sales methodology, emphasizing active listening to align customer needs with appropriate product solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, prioritizing accounts strategically and proactively identifying new opportunities to drive demand.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and adjust strategies to preserve competitive positioning.
  • Participate in manufacturer-led training to gain advanced expertise in mechanical and electronic security offerings.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor actions by analyzing market intelligence and adapting to evolving conditions.
  • Use social media platforms to monitor and engage with industry developments.
  • Consistently update and leverage the CRM system for tracking sales progress and documenting customer interactions.
  • Promote the adoption of digital collaboration tools among customers to enhance integration with their operations.
  • Ensure customers and partners receive proper training on both legacy and new products, including digital platforms.
  • Stay informed on organizational policies, procedures, and values, ensuring daily compliance and alignment.
