About the Role

Beamery is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive new business for our AI Platform for Workforce Transformation. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals and ensuring customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate Beamery's value.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track all sales activities and customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and data-as-a-service business models and sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective working independently and within a team.
  • Proven success managing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and autonomous environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $100-180k base salary plus uncapped commission, dependent on experience and location.
