Zone IT Solutions is looking for a Salesforce Consultant who excels at translating business challenges into effective technology solutions. You will partner directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver Salesforce implementations that enhance their operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs.
- Provide tailored Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and improve operations.
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Run workshops and provide training to end-users.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in running workshops and providing training to end-users.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant).
