What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries to assess customer needs
- Explain website development and SEO services in clear, customer-focused terms
- Learn each client’s current marketing efforts and suggest ways to expand their digital reach
- Stay current on evolving SEO trends and digital tools to provide informed recommendations
- Balance multiple communication channels in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high standard of service
