As a Customer Representative and Sales agent for a major cruise line, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the booking process, answering inquiries about destinations, accommodations, pricing, and travel documentation. Based remotely in Portugal, you’ll deliver personalized support while identifying opportunities to enhance cruise packages through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking and post-booking inquiries, ensuring a smooth travel planning experience
- Provide accurate information on cruise options, ships, destinations, and required documentation
- Support travel agents with reservation management and service coordination
- Proactively recommend upgrades and additional services to enhance customer value
- Maintain clear, professional communication in both written and verbal French
Qualifications
You bring strong language skills and a customer-focused mindset. Fluency in French (C1 level) is essential, along with advanced English (B2). You’re comfortable using digital tools, thrive in a multitasking environment, and approach challenges with precision and problem-solving ability. Your communication style is clear, empathetic, and effective across customer and agent interactions.
