Shape travel experiences as a German-speaking Customer Representative and Sales professional for a leading cruise brand. Based remotely in Porto, Portugal, you’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from initial booking to post-trip support—while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with relevant cruise packages and services.
What You’ll Do
- Assist German-speaking clients in selecting cruise packages that match their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, ship amenities, pricing, and travel documentation
- Support travel agents with booking coordination and post-sale inquiries
- Resolve customer questions efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience before and after departure
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgraded experiences
What You Bring
- Fluent written and spoken German (C1 or higher) with strong communication skills
- Advanced English (B2 level) for internal collaboration and documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and focus
- Comfort using digital tools and systems for customer service and sales
