Support clients in their journey to Canada by guiding them through immigration options, including temporary permits and permanent residency. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring individuals understand their pathways and feel confident in their decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a representative of core values—honesty and integrity—when engaging with clients.
- Assess client needs through conversations and help determine the most suitable immigration services.
- Support onboarding by walking clients through required steps and documentation.
- Provide guidance on related logistics, including shipping solutions where relevant.
- Host or assist with events that connect individuals with immigration resources when applicable.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients facing uncertainty.
- Self-driven motivation and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic awareness of current immigration trends.
Preferred Experience
- Active involvement in a student, cultural, ethnic, professional, or business community—either in Canada or abroad.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
