Southern Glazer's is hiring a Sales Consultant to represent our portfolio in the market. In this role, you will build lasting customer relationships and drive sales revenue by using a consultative selling approach. You’ll be responsible for visiting customers, analyzing data to grow their business, and achieving key sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, credible, and lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
- Regularly pre-plan account visits with an agenda and document activities in CRM (Proof).
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer's business growth plan.
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans in CRM.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them.
- Propose selling solutions using consultative selling skills.
- Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
- Manage customer issue resolution and support business growth.
- Adapt your selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and business needs.
- Stay current with competitor offerings and SGWS product positioning.
- Document account-specific information in CRM (Proof).
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
