Southern Glazer's was looking for a Sales Consultant

Southern Glazer's is hiring a Sales Consultant to represent our portfolio in the market. In this role, you will build lasting customer relationships and drive sales revenue by using a consultative selling approach. You’ll be responsible for visiting customers, analyzing data to grow their business, and achieving key sales objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Build positive, credible, and lasting customer relationships based on trust.
  • Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
  • Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
  • Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
  • Regularly pre-plan account visits with an agenda and document activities in CRM (Proof).
  • Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer's business growth plan.
  • Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans in CRM.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them.
  • Propose selling solutions using consultative selling skills.
  • Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
  • Manage customer issue resolution and support business growth.
  • Adapt your selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and business needs.
  • Stay current with competitor offerings and SGWS product positioning.
  • Document account-specific information in CRM (Proof).
  • Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required.

  • Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain/maintain auto liability insurance.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Able to travel as needed.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
