Responsibilities
- Development of a customer facing application and its integration with DMS and other legacy systems
- Designing & Building highly scalable Hybrid and native applications
- Involvement in all aspects of development: playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient and applications
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and management of the technical department
- Ability to innovate and develop new approaches to complex design problems and experience leading design efforts and providing technical leadership to developers
- Ability to lead and mentor a group of engineers
- Optimizing the performance of the apps and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
- Work on code review, perform bug fixes and improving application performance
- Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
- Experience with automation testing and unit testing frameworks
- Implementation of application security including Information security principles
