Southern Glazer's is hiring a Sales Consultant to represent our company in the market. This role is for a passionate, innovative, and self-motivated individual with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset. You will drive sales revenue through direct, consultative selling built on lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, credible, and lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives.
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof).
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan.
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous outcomes, all documented in CRM (Proof).
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account.
- Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative selling skills.
- Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
- Manage customer issue resolution, seek additional opportunities to support customer needs, and support business growth.
- Adapt your selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and individual business needs.
- Stay knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts, remaining current with competitors and SGWS product positioning.
- Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in CRM (Proof).
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required.

- Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in compliance with SGWS requirements.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Mode
This is an onsite role requiring regular travel to customer accounts.
