XTM International is hiring a Senior Customer Success Consultant

Shape customer success through strategic partnership and insight-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, cultivating trust and guiding clients through their journey to achieve measurable business outcomes. You’ll combine deep understanding of customer objectives with knowledge of language technology to deliver tailored strategies that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-value customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving business needs
  • Create and execute account plans that support customer goals while identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell
  • Proactively monitor customer health, addressing concerns and leading resolution efforts in close coordination with internal teams
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer needs with business objectives
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate across functions to improve customer-facing processes and enhance overall experience
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to provide informed guidance and anticipate customer needs
  • Deepen expertise in enterprise translation solutions to serve as a trusted advisor
