Aureum Estates is seeking a Sales Closer to connect Dutch investors with exclusive off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. This freelance role is central to the company's growth and strategic repositioning leading into 2026. You will be responsible for recognizing opportunities, building trust with investors, and closing deals for our Dubai-based clients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct sales and advisory conversations with investors
- Present off-plan real estate projects in Dubai
- Close high-ticket deals
- Manage relationships with international clients
- Collaborate with the team and Dubai partners
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or closing roles
- Strong communication skills
- Results-oriented and self-sufficient work style
- Affinity with investing or real estate
- Availability on a commission basis (ZZP/Freelance)
- Fluency in Dutch
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in the real estate sector
- Fluency in English
