Keller Executive Search is looking for a Sales-Business Development Associate to drive growth for our executive recruitment services. This is a remote role where you will be responsible for prospecting leads, conducting sales calls, and building lasting client relationships, offering significant uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads for executive search and recruitment services.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demos to showcase the company's value.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor proposals and close deals.
- Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, HR, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
- Attention to detail in managing sales data.
- Ability to work independently in a team-driven setting.
- Adaptable to fast-paced sales cycles.

- Competitive base salary: 484,000–598,000 annually (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions.
