Keller Executive Search is hiring a Sales-Business Development Associate to drive growth for our executive recruitment services. You will be responsible for prospecting new client leads, conducting sales engagements, and building lasting relationships. This is a remote role offering a base salary of 11M - 14M annually plus uncapped commissions and significant growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads for our executive search and recruitment services.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demos to showcase Keller's value.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their specific hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to tailor proposals and successfully close deals.
- Track sales pipelines, metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing efforts, including events and content promotion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within recruitment, HR, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Attention to detail in managing sales data and client information.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-driven setting.
- Adaptable to fast-paced sales cycles and changing priorities.
