Cynet Health is hiring a Sales & Business Development Account Executive to acquire new business and expand a portfolio of regional and national healthcare accounts in clinical settings. This remote individual contributor role involves high call volume, outreach, and up to 25% travel.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives for acquiring new clients.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at direct facilities for all staffing needs.
- Perform prospect visits to hospitals and other facilities to educate on staffing services and drive exclusive business.
- Manage client relationships to generate referrals and grow current accounts.
- Relay exact customer needs and opportunities to recruiters.
- Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in your portfolio.
- Maintain a healthy profit margin by processing quality submittals and making placements.
- Exceed budget expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards.
- Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 5 years experience in Locum Tenens and Advance Practice Staffing.
- Extensive sales and business development experience in acquiring new business.
- Great attitude, passion, and drive for precision.
- High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.
