Cynet Health is looking for a Sales & Business Development Account Executive to be a primary driver of new client acquisition and portfolio growth for our Locum Tenens division. This individual contributor role is central to expanding our footprint in regional and national healthcare accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed objectives for acquiring new clients.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at direct facilities for all staffing needs.
- Perform prospect visits to hospitals and other facilities to educate on staffing services and secure exclusive business.
- Manage client relationships to generate referrals and grow current accounts.
- Relay specific customer needs and opportunities to recruiters to aid in fulfillment.
- Reverse market Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to all clients in your portfolio.
- Maintain healthy profit margins by processing quality submittals and making placements.
- Exceed budget expectations consistently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
- Attend community networking events to build additional business relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice staffing.
- Extensive sales and business development experience focused on acquiring new business.
