Horizon Recovery is looking for a Sales Assistant to keep our sales funnel full by identifying prospects, enriching contact data, and running outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for CRM hygiene in Zoho CRM and executing consistent outreach using tools like Zoho Campaigns and Lemlist.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Client Profile.
- Identify and validate decision-makers like HR, Payroll, and Operations leadership.
- Research businesses and prioritize best-fit targets for outreach and in-person drops.
- Enrich accounts and contacts with missing fields such as titles, emails, and phone numbers.
- Validate data accuracy for addresses, office locations, company status, and roles.
- Verify the correct, on-site contact for our target office locations.
- Create and update leads, contacts, accounts, and deal records in Zoho CRM.
- Maintain clean pipeline stages, next steps, tasks, and follow-up dates.
- Log activities and ensure every lead has an owner, status, and next action.
- Build simple CRM reports and dashboards for activity, pipeline health, and campaign performance.
- Create, schedule, and send outbound email and multi-touch campaigns.
- Segment lists, manage suppression lists, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Track performance metrics like open and reply rates, and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate follow-up workflows to ensure no warm lead is missed.
- Build 'visit-ready' target lists with verified addresses and optimal visit times.
- Map and optimize routes for efficient in-person drop days.
- Prepare briefing notes for each stop with contact details and context.
- Manage calendar scheduling for the CEO.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years supporting sales teams, outbound prospecting, or CRM administration.
- Strong, required experience with Zoho CRM.
- Experience running outbound campaigns in Zoho Campaigns and/or Lemlist.
- Excellent research skills using LinkedIn, company websites, and directories.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort cleaning and standardizing data.
- Clear written communication and consistent follow-through on tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, HCM, or payroll industries.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability and list hygiene.
- Familiarity with mapping and routing tools like Google My Maps.
