Paired seeks a Sales Appointment Setter to join our team supporting a US advertising agency. In this remote, performance-based role, you will be responsible for proactive outreach to generate and qualify leads for financial advisors, working to meet daily and weekly targets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to set appointments with prospective clients for financial advisors.
- Qualify incoming leads from Facebook advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client criteria.
- Maintain an organized calendar and daily schedule to maximize appointment booking efficiency.
- Accurately track interactions and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
What We're Looking For
- You must be based in LATAM and provide an English resume.
- Bilingual proficiency and excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call-based outreach.
- A demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation in a performance-based or commission-driven sales environment.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment.
