What You'll Do
Take ownership of sales performance and customer satisfaction by engaging with clients through calls and written communication. You'll work toward defined sales goals, manage your pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of progress and outcomes. A core part of your role will be identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, provide clear and accurate information, and resolve complaints with follow-up actions. You'll prepare service proposals, support account management activities, and escalate issues when necessary. Consistent communication with internal teams ensures client feedback is heard and acted upon.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard IT tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Commitment to following procedures and delivering reliable service
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales negotiation and closing techniques will be highly regarded.
