About the Role

Sartorius is hiring a remote Sales Account Manager for the Bioprocess Solutions Division. You will be responsible for all sales results for small and transactional accounts in a defined territory. This role actively uses Sales Force to manage sales activities, achieve targets, and drive new products to market.

What You'll Do

  • Promote Sartorius products and services within your assigned territory to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Actively use Sales Force to manage leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Analyze Sales Force data for your customers to identify trends, generate insights, and track performance.
  • Drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Develop and implement account plans, requesting and coordinating resources as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Raise awareness of marketing activities in your assigned territory.
  • Triage inbound leads from multiple sources, especially post-tradeshows and marketing events.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Proven software skills, including Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

  • Sales Force experience is highly preferred.
  • Sales experience, preferably with laboratory or process-based experience in Life Science.
