Sensia is hiring a Sales Account Manager to lead the development and execution of sales strategies in the Oil and Gas market. You will be responsible for penetrating target accounts, expanding business, and achieving accelerated growth to meet annual sales goals and increase market share in Argentina.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate target accounts and ecosystem, including EUs, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Expand business and promote accelerated growth in the Oil and Gas market to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share.
- Establish and maintain relationships at all levels within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively and proactively with Rockwell and SLB teams.
- Maintain permanent contact with target accounts to ensure client satisfaction, understand their challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Represent and support all Sensia business units in the region.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in direct customer sales for technology and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven soft skills: dealing with ambiguity, interpersonal awareness, and negotiation.
Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas market in Argentina, specifically regarding EUs, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Preferably located in Neuquen.

This is a local-country role based in Argentina.
