Solventum is hiring a Sales Account- Health Information Systems, Sud Italia

About the Role

Solventum is looking for a Sales Account professional for our Health Information Systems (HIS) division, focusing on the South of Italy. At Solventum, we partner with healthcare providers to develop solutions that meld the latest technology with compassion. You will be responsible for driving direct sales and expanding our customer base across the southern region.

What You'll Do

  • Promote direct sales and support the full HIS product portfolio.
  • Effectively manage assigned and prospective customers across Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria, and Sicilia.
  • Conduct end-user training and education using a mix of remote and in-person software tools.
  • Identify new sales needs and applications to continuously grow the customer base.
  • Proactively report market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance to leadership.
  • Interact with internal business groups to identify target audiences and inform communication plans.
  • Collaborate with the HIS Italy Team to improve sales outcomes and product quality.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Proven sales experience and a strong commercial mindset.
  • A solid software background within the hospital market (OS Linux and Windows).
  • Knowledge of AWS web services.
  • Proven clinical IT competencies, including experience with databases like MS Access, SQL Server, and Oracle.
  • Established knowledge of International classification systems for Diagnoses and Procedures.
  • The ability to interact professionally with customers in both private and public sectors.
  • Experience building relationships at top management levels.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

You will collaborate closely with the HIS Italy Team to drive shared goals and improve product offerings.

Work Mode

This is a local-country position. You will work remotely within the specified southern Italian regions (Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria).
