About the Role

Sezzle is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team focused on the UK/I region. This role is responsible for outbound sales to the mid-market sector within HR tech, reporting directly to the regional sales leader. You will play a key part in expanding our Horizons Employer of Record (EOR) and payroll solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the UK/I region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business.
  • Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions effectively, providing tailored proposals.
  • Contribute to strategic growth in the UK/I region by identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with customer needs and company goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on pipeline and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within EOR or Payroll sectors.
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry for immediate business opportunities.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • A strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape, with the ability to position solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.

You will report directly to the regional sales leader.
