Rewards Network is hiring a Sales Account Executive (Remote-San Francisco, CA)

About the Role

Rewards Network is looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive company growth and build a rewarding career. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity where you will prospect within the Bay Area, CA territory, requiring local residence.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through methods including cold calling and 25+ daily door-to-door sales visits to exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline by scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers to ensure high engagement and awareness of new products.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals encompassing cold calls, meetings, presentations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
  • Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment.
  • Strong financial acumen to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must live locally to the Bay Area, CA territory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant, or a related industry.

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 USD based on experience.
  • Uncapped monthly commission with a strong earning trajectory.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote field sales position. You must live locally to the San Francisco, CA and Bay Area, CA territory.
