Pavago's client is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle and fuel measurable revenue growth. In this remote role, you will manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals, building lasting client relationships and directly impacting the company’s expansion.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals
- Develop customized sales strategies that align with company goals and specific client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements
- Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership with accurate forecasting
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales approaches
- Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development when needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional and persuasive approach
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and customer-focused mindset focused on long-term success
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Strategic thinking ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
- Organized, proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth and advancement
