INAUTALENT is hiring a Sales Account Executive for a premium lighting brand. In this fully remote, permanent role, you'll focus on managing inbound enquiries, developing client relationships, and closing high-value sales in a consultative manner. The role operates on a Monday to Saturday schedule.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify prospective customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for new leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and sell premium lighting solutions in a consultative manner.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow-up.
- Maintain an accurate and well-organised sales pipeline using the CRM.
- Follow a structured sales process and participate in ongoing sales training.
- Complete required administrative and reporting tasks.
- Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong phone and video communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and accountable for outcomes.
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
