In this role, you will work directly with leading industrial companies to improve their safety footprint, protect people and communities, and deliver lasting value by transforming cultures, processes, and capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Work with leading industrial clients to improve their operational footprint, keep people and communities safe, and deliver tangible value.
- Transform client cultures, processes, and capabilities for sustainable, long-term results, engaging stakeholders from executives to operators.
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Present results to key stakeholders and implement recommendations alongside your project team.
- Help structure projects, participate in key client interactions, and produce senior management outputs from day one.
- Produce improvement initiatives for both internal and client-facing projects.
- Work across various industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to enhance clients' operational capabilities.
- Apply and expand your analytical and problem-solving skills across industries for national and international clients.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate with a Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Excellent analytical skills, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A willingness to develop expertise across all aspects of our clients’ operations.
- 1-3 years of prior exposure to consulting and/or an industrial operations environment (through internships or first professional experience).
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in a third European language.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Milan, Lombardia, Italy, with travel to client sites across Italy and other European countries.
